Having studied at the College of Law in London in the 1960s, Steven is a widely experienced industry arbitrator and respected expert witness with over 30 years of experience in a range of commercial arbitrations from marine disputes to quality and refining issues... In 1999 Steven was admitted as a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and has subsequently participated in arbitrations in both London and Switzerland. He has acted as an expert witness to 12 international law firms, providing the industrial expertise to enable them to advise their clients accordingly and build convincing and well-reasoned arguments. He is currently working on four disputes and is retained by several of the world's Top 20 law firms... With over 40 years' experience in the commodities industry, Steven works with producers and investors in the commodity industry, assists western businesses with obtaining the correct fatwas for products they wish to market in Islamic jurisdictions and is
