As a skilled facilitator, certified leadership coach and communicator, he offers exceptional ability to connect with and enable high performing leaders and teams. He is a certified Professional Coach (PCC), Project Management Professional (PMP) and facilitator. He holds a Bachelor's Degree from the United States Military Academy, a Masters of Public Policy from the University of Michigan and Executive Certificates in Leadership Coaching and Facilitation from Georgetown University.

Amy Windisch

Amy Windisch specializes in advising and assisting government and nonprofit organizations in human capital strategy, strategic planning and implementation, and organizational and workforce transformation. She focuses on effectively aligning strategic and mission priorities, organizational structure, talent, processes, systems, and culture. Amy has extensive experience in workforce planning and analysis, employee engagement, organizational performance, strategic communications, and organizational change management. She is an expert project manager and group facilitator. Amy has a B.A. in International Studies from St. Edward's University.

Colin O'Hara

David Oaks

David Oaks has extensive experience in project management, strategic planning, data visualization, communications, and Defense manpower and training and materiel readiness issues. Dave supports organizations with thoughtful and thorough research, analysis, and communication of complex problems and actionable solutions. He is a retired Army Officer with experience on both the Department of the Army and Joint staffs. Dave is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds a Doctorate in Public Policy from the Pardee RAND Graduate School, a Masters in Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College, and a B.S. from the U.S. Military Academy.

Jennifer Boon

Jennifer Boon is an expert in team building, organizational development, design thinking, change management, employee engagement, facilitation, and strategic communications. She offers deep consulting experience, helping federal and private clients understand their challenges and partnering with them to bring enduring, transformational, and positive change to their organizations. She holds a Master's Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Baltimore, BA in Psychology/Sociology from Clarion University, and a Change Management certification from Prosci.
