Adam Schmidt is an expert in training and career development. A former Army Officer, Mr. Schmidt is experienced in designing, developing and delivering talent development strategies for organizations both public and private. He is a solutions-driven project manager and consultant with the ability to conceptualize, design and implement complex projects leveraging both industry-standard and innovative management practices. As a skilled facilitator, certified leadership coach and communicator, he offers exceptional ability to connect with and enable high performing leaders and teams. He is a certified Professional Coach (PCC), Project Management Professional (PMP) and facilitator. He holds a Bachelor's Degree from the United States Military Academy, a Masters of Public Policy from the University of Michigan and Executive Certificates in Leadership Coaching and Facilitation from Georgetown University.
Amy Windisch specializes in advising and assisting government and nonprofit organizations in human capital strategy, strategic planning and implementation, and organizational and workforce transformation. She focuses on effectively aligning strategic and mission priorities, organizational structure, talent, processes, systems, and culture. Amy has extensive experience in workforce planning and analysis, employee engagement, organizational performance, strategic communications, and organizational change management. She is an expert project manager and group facilitator. Amy has a B.A. in International Studies from St. Edward's University.
Colin O'Hara is an expert in organizational development, strategic planning, workforce analysis and planning and public policy. He has consulted in federal civil, defense, intelligence community, and international and domestic civil society organizations to develop high-impact solutions. He is PMP certified, Balanced Scorecard certified, earned a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Syracuse University, a B.A. in Anthropology from Rhode Island College and Certificates of Advanced Study (CAS) in Conflict Resolution and Security Studies.
David Oaks has extensive experience in project management, strategic planning, data visualization, communications, and Defense manpower and training and materiel readiness issues. Dave supports organizations with thoughtful and thorough research, analysis, and communication of complex problems and actionable solutions. He is a retired Army Officer with experience on both the Department of the Army and Joint staffs. Dave is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds a Doctorate in Public Policy from the Pardee RAND Graduate School, a Masters in Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College, and a B.S. from the U.S. Military Academy.
Jennifer Boon is an expert in team building, organizational development, design thinking, change management, employee engagement, facilitation, and strategic communications. She offers deep consulting experience, helping federal and private clients understand their challenges and partnering with them to bring enduring, transformational, and positive change to their organizations. She holds a Master's Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Baltimore, BA in Psychology/Sociology from Clarion University, and a Change Management certification from Prosci. In addition, she is a Graphic Facilitator and a trained Executive Leadership Coach.
Jerry Baird is an expert in operations research, data mining, data analysis, model development and validation, metric development, performance measurement, and data visualization. He empowers organizations to succeed by applying analytic rigor in ambiguous contexts and underpinning decision-making with defensible methodologies. He is a retired Army Officer with experience serving at U.S. Army Human Resources Command. He is a Certified Defense Financial Manager and holds a Masters of Business Administration, University of Illinois and a B.S. in Marketing from Southern Illinois University.
Ms. Mallik is an expert in data mining, data analysis, and data visualization with over 10 years of experience in human capital, organizational assessment, and other business data analytics focused projects. She works closely with her clients to develop data-driven strategies that improve cultures and organizational processes. Her technical skills include Advanced Tableau, Intermediate MS SQL Server, Basic SAS, R, VBA, Java and Python; Microsoft Visio; Hyperion; and Business Objects. She has an MBA with a focus in Econometrics & Statistics and Strategic Management from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
Letitia Bryant is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience developing and leading highly effective teams. She is skilled in climate assessments, training and development, conflict resolution and facilitation. Letitia assists organizations in moving from compliance to commitment by developing and implementing innovative strategies to maximize human potential, promote diversity, equity, inclusion, equal opportunity and increase accessibility. She is a retired Army officer with joint and multi-national experience. Letitia has earned a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification, a bachelor's degree in Marketing from Tuskegee University and a master's degree in Management from Webster University.
Lisa Wax is an expert in corporate operations for federal government contractors. She has managed a variety of functions including financial reporting, budget and indirect rate development, project control, contracts, and integration of acquired companies. She has expertise managing a broad range cross-functional corporate teams. Lisa focuses on finding ways to ensure compliance with simplicity and efficiency. Prior to moving into corporate roles, she was a management consultant specializing in business process reengineering, logistics, and asset management. She earned an M.B.A from the University of Maryland and a B.A in Economics from Oberlin College.

Nickey Knighton is a certified leadership coach, trainer, and policy expert. She assists and inspires leaders in creating a highly successful leadership legacy. She is a certified graduate of the Georgetown University Leadership Coaching Program and George Mason University's Advanced Coaching Program and holds an International Coach Federation Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification. She is a retired Army Colonel with extensive experience in human capital management and leadership development having served as the Chief Leader Development Division, Army Human Resources Command serving the entire Army Officer Corps. She served as Chief Human Resources Officer in the public sector. Her clientele includes leaders in public education, not-for-profit organizations, the federal government, and private industry. She holds a Master's in National Strategy.
Philip Baylor is an expert in proposal writing and management for federal government solicitations. He is responsible for contributing to and managing proposal tracking, writing, graphics, compliance, pricing, reviews, submission, archiving, and partner relationships. Prior to his role as proposal manager, he was a management consultant specializing in human capital and organizational improvement for the federal government. He holds a PMP and has earned a MBA and Masters of Public Policy from the University of Maryland and a BA from the College of William & Mary.

A versatile and accomplished leader, Sue has held a variety of leadership positions in both the public and private sectors. She has successfully led large complex teams and organizations, building new capabilities and leading expansion into new markets through innovative, pragmatic and integrated solutions. Sue offers experience in leading high performing teams in various sectors including strategic planning, organizational assessment and design, leadership coaching, change management and communications, human capital strategic planning, workforce analytics, manpower studies, talent management, performance management and continuous process improvement across the federal, defense and intelligence communities and private and non-profit markets.
Sue is a trusted advisor to senior level executives and has a reputation for building long-lasting relationships. She is a thought leader and outstanding public speaker that has served as a member of a number of boards of advisors and directors. Sue holds a Bachelor's of Science in Information Systems from Thomas College and a M.B.A. from Northeastern University. She is certified in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University, holds an Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation (ICF) and is a certified practitioner in The Leadership Circle Profile and Leadership Culture survey. She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
