Our pilot program in Eldoret, Kenya is mentored by Camily and Gaudenziah Wedende and their three children, and administered by Camily, Gaudenziah, and a local advisory board. We provide them with advice and are trying to raise funds for expansion and projects... Welcome to the online home of Student Solar Cooking Science Projects! Through our pilot program in Eldoret, Kenya we hope to provide a replicable model for a dynamic and viable solution to the enormous challenge of engaging more people in the developing world in the cleanest cooking solution of all. We also hope to give the middle and high school age students who participate in our projects tools of thought and method that will serve them in many areas of their lives, and increase their self-confidence and chances of success.
