Here at The Gin Trap we care very much about provenance. We are lucky to live on the coast with all the beautiful bounty available to us and also in the fertile lands of the country's bread basket. We have developed relationships with the best suppliers in the country to keep consistency of quality. We will highlight what's on our doorstep and will occasionally travel further away to ensure we constantly delight our guests... We aim to enchant all our guests with a warm & friendly welcome, delicious food and satisfying drinks... A traditional and cosy 17th-century coaching inn offering beautifully appointed accommodation, delicious homemade food and an extensive collection of gins from all corners of the globe
