TOGGLETECH - Key Persons
After studying IT at college for two years I decided to look for a company where I could use what I had learnt. Toggletech seemed like a good choice and it was definitely the right decision. I have used a wide range of the skills gained at college throughout my time working here. Toggletech has allowed me to pursue more certificates for IT and in doing so I have acquired 3 MTAs which makes me a Microsoft Certified Professional. I am hoping to continue with my certification and acquiring further skills.
I joined Toggletech in 2011 and I have an IT background from working at Scottish Power. Subsequently working as a PA for a large GP practice gave me invaluable experience, allowing me to manage the complex day to day running of our company.
I have always been interested in IT so looked for an apprenticeship and found Toggletech. Whilst working and attending college, I gained several Microsoft qualifications along with COMPTIA A+ certification. I've been able to apply this training to my work whilst also gaining valuable experience from the various issues we deal with daily.
I am a IT technical specialist with 28 years' experience, much of it at a senior level in both IT delivery and newspaper publishing sectors. Fluent in all aspects of electronic media and information delivery. My career includes Technical Project Manager for The Daily Mail, IT Manager for the Independent News & Media Group and Systems integration specialist for Press Computer Systems.
