Ethan Putt has worked with Lance since leaving Waiheke High School at 16 and has now completed his apprenticeship and continues his education having recently passed his certifying examination for plumbing.

Heading the team is Lance Crosland originally from Wellington where he did his apprenticeship and set up his own business in 1998 and now has over 30 years experience in the industry. After having two young children, a lifestyle choice was made to relocate to Waiheke Island in 2001. The business was recently restructured and rebranded into Tui Plumbing & Gas. Lance believes in being involved in the wonderful Waiheke Island community. He is both a Trust Member and Skipper of Waiheke Coastguard. He not only rescues boaties but can also be seen at many local community events and fundraisers along with the other Waiheke Coastguard volunteers.

Peter Johansson started working for Tui Plumbing & Gas in March 2020.

Reid is a NZ registered Licenced Plumber and has been in the industry for 25 years. Recently having made the move from Canterbury with his partner Tracy and two dogs, they are all currently enjoying Island life and all it has to offer.

In the office is Trish Crosland. With a background in Quality Assurance in the beverage industry having worked for NZ Breweries, Coca-Cola and Wellington City Council water supply, Trish has a base knowledge about water supply and treatment systems. Trish has also had plenty of experience in Quality Assurance auditing, including an audit role with NZ Master Plumbers when they impletmented the Master Plumbers Quality Assurance Progamme.
