Cami oversees the graduate recruitment activities for students entering the doctoral and master's programs on campus.

Kelly Goulis is responsible for providing leadership for the Office of Viterbi Admission & Student Engagement; the Bachelor's, Master's & Doctoral students, including admissions, scholarships/fellowships, retention, and student services. She also oversees the Executive and Continuing Education efforts for the Viterbi School. Kelly loves to spend time with her family, travel, hike, cook, and ski. She also is the advisor for the USC Hellenic Student Association (HSA).

Erin Tanaka

Job Titles:
  • Associate Dean, Corporate Engagement & Programs
Candace oversees programming and services for corporate clients and students. This includes Career Connections; graduate program recruitment for professionals, or those interested in pursuing their engineering programs via DEN@Viterbi; as well as continuing education programs available on site, on campus, or online. Erin manages corporate recruitment activities, which includes DEN@Viterbi programs geared for professionals and continuing education programs.

Jennifer Yanagi

  • Director, Department Affairs
Jennifer oversees the front desk including general inquiries, support and other office support.

Melissa Medeiros

Job Titles:
  • Manager for the Experience Viterbi App
Nora oversees master's student affairs for on campus and DEN@Viterbi students. She oversees academic and administrative services including those coordinated with central offices to provide student services for all master's students. Melissa is the manager for the Experience Viterbi App, who manages all initiatives and updates of the App to collect campus resources for Viterbi students.

Tracy Charles

Job Titles:
  • Director, Doctoral Programs
Andy manages doctoral programs to provide support and programming services for doctoral students, as well as provide support for academic departments. He monitors academic progress and oversees the fellowship process. Tracy oversees doctoral student accounting and fellowship payments, as well as organizes events and provides other support services to doctoral students. Tracy is an avid runner and is also involved in horse rescue.
