George has an extensive background in global transport, installation and EPC projects across a wide variety of work scopes. He has been at the forefront of some of the biggest projects globally and worked with a vast spectrum of clients, cultures and work forces. This makes him a perfect fit for his role within the company as COO to manage and oversee our global operations.
Passions: George enjoys furthering his travel experiences, anything with some adventure and adrenaline and he is at his happiest! He enjoys learning new skills and expanding his horizons of opportunity.
Since graduating from his masters in business creation and enterprise in 2018. Henry has been a keen advocate in creating technology to combat the safety issues faced by Men and Women in hospitality environments. A cunning Entrepreneur, Henry has advised start-ups in a variety of sectors on marketing strategies/ user retention and growth hacking.
Passions: Henry enjoys the gym, fishing and building software.
Jemima is a young and enthusiastic member of the team. Her strengths include organising events and ensuring health and well-being of the company's team members. She has travelled extensively across the world to understand different cultures and working practices, this enables her to support the company's diverse platform of employee's and clients.
Passions: Jemima enjoys travelling, the theatre and socialising with friends.
Nathaniel has a wealth of commercial experience including projects founded/led teams and companies across sectors, including electric transportation, sustainability and conservation. He has worked on projects for NASA, Lockheed Martin and BP. He has worked with the US Department of State and on President Obama's Task Force in tackling issues such as poaching, dynamite fishing and trans-national organized crime. He was formerly CMO of Aircover Solutions, (a Lockheed Martin Company) before becoming CEO of Flier Group Solutions in 2015. Flier Group was a leading US drone company delivering solutions for complex issues facing industries and governments.
Passions: Nathaniel is a keen sailor, action sports enthusiast and conservationist
Sheryl a successful entrepreneur aswell as a founder of an international charity has over 20 years senior management experience, within both business management roles, including over 15 years' experience operating at board level. She has extensive experience and a successful track record within Private Equity backed, PLC and owner managed businesses with experience of B2B and D2C sectors. Since 2002 Sheryl has been pursuing her passion, having successfully set Water for Africa, using her corporate skills to focus on providing a unique model in sustainable water and health programmes in Africa.
Passions: Sheryl enjoys listening to music, caring for animals and traveling.

Tom is the 8th direct descendant of the industrialist Josiah Wedgwood, FRS, founder of the Wedgwood brand.
Tom held senior management roles of the Waterford Wedgwood Group in Asia, UK and USA. He was the president and representative director of Waterford Wedgwood, Asia Pacific. Formally, an adviser to the Trestle Group Foundation, he chaired the 20:20 Initiative to empower 20,000 women entrepreneurs in emerging economies. Tom studied his masters in Oceanography and Biology.
