DMCC HOMELESS INITIATIVE

DMCC Homeless Initiative ("DMCC") is a Florida nonprofit corporation located at 3310 North Federal Highway, Lighthouse Point, FL 33064. DMCC has been recognized as a 501(c)3 public charity by the U.S. Internal Revenue Service since September 1999. The organization employs certified counselors to provide its programs, including financial education, counseling and services for the homeless... The DMCC Homeless Initiative provides supportive services to individuals and families experiencing homelessness, or at risk of becoming homeless, to help them secure permanent housing. Services include teaching basic money management skills, improving their financial literacy, reviewing credit scores and identifying steps to improve their credit worthiness, assistance with obtaining banking and other financial products, and referrals to other community resources.
