HEMS new is a voluntary and non-profit organization constituted as Society vide Registration No. 2864 Dated 22.01.2002. It is a representative organisation for industries in Haryana. The institution is a duly recognized and registered body and is governed and guided by the strong principles of sustainable industrial development. HEMS aims to promote sound environment management in the State and NCR by strengthening-in-house capabilities in all industrial sectors. HEMS intends to emerge as a one-stop solution to all environmental issues faced by industrial units in the State and NCR. Recognising the problem of hazardous waste handling and disposal, HEMS has decided to provide specific thrust to address the environmental problems arising due to improper handling of hazardous waste. In this regard, HEMS is facilitating Common Hazardous Waste Treatment, Storage and Disposal Facility (TSDF) in Pali, District Faridabad, Haryana to aid its members with effective-management of industrial..
