Adam is a passionate and highly experienced leader who is motivated by challenge and committed to instilling a sense of purpose and a genuine desire to make a difference to people's lives.
Adam has extensive strategic and operational experience, including people management with a focus on inspiring, motivating and empowering others to support a healthy workplace and a culture of high performance, innovation and personal success and happiness. Adam has held various Senior Executive positions across an extensive career, in addition to founding and running a highly successful workers compensation consultancy and investigations businesses, and more recently Managing Director of WHS consultancy and Director of an Insurance Brokerage for over 15 years.
With over 34 years knowledge and experience across various industries, Adam joins MTC as Operations Manager and brings exceptional communication and relationship skills, in addition to analytical, strategic and strong business acumen. Other key attributes include empathy, honesty and loyalty whilst always maintaining absolute integrity and professionalism. Adam is also a Justice of the Peace.
Alicia is an experienced professional with a diverse background spanning several industries. She has recently joined MTC Recruitment as an Account Manager, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge and skills acquired over the course of her career.

Following a seven-year stint in sales across both public and private sectors, in addition to previous employment services experience, Anthony joined the MTC Recruitment team as a Business Development Manager in June 2021. Over his extensive career, he has worked with both blue and white-collar clients across various industries such as warehousing, manufacturing, construction, engineering, hospitality and business support, and his experience will be a valuable asset for both MTC Recruitment and our clients.
Charlene has more than a decade in employment services and five years' experience in recruitment. She is responsible for managing the team of Account Managers and Resourcers whilst maintaining a portfolio of clients within the warehousing and manufacturing industries. "It's really rewarding when you help a candidate get a great job and the client's really happy," she says. Charlene has worked with MTC Australia as an employment consultant and team leader.
Dale started work as a teenager picking fruit, handling 20 tonnes of watermelons a day. With a 15-year career in recruitment - 10 of them in management positions - he still has his feet on the ground. Dale's responsible for MTC Recruitment's overall performance. "I'm motivated by knowing our work supports social impact initiatives," he says. "Being responsible for an agency that's small enough to treat every client as a true partner is rewarding." Dale has recruited for large national and multinational organisations. He lives in Western Sydney and is passionate about providing opportunities for local people.

David joined MTC Recruitment in early 2020 following 13 years working in recruitment across multiple industries: "I was really interested in the opportunity to continue working in recruitment, but for an organisation that gives back to the community through social impact initiatives such as Warakirri College." As a Business Development Manager, David is responsible for building and servicing MTC Recruitment's client base.

Geoff's first job was in the Royal Australian Navy, which he joined as a young man in his mid-teens, in which he was a musician and performed around the world. After leaving the Navy, Geoff worked for a Civil Engineering company for 13 years. He then fell into recruitment, covering many industries, including warehousing and logistics, manufacturing, and white and blue collar jobs for more than 16 years. Geoff has a passion for finding the right job for the right people for the right jobs, and is looking forward to being able to do that in a not for profit organisation.

Kevin joined MTC Australia in 2011 and was responsible for building the finance team before joining the leadership team. As a Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Economics and a Master of Commerce from Macquarie University, as well as a Master of Business Administration from Deakin University, Kevin has worked in public practice, commerce, not-for-profits, and social enterprise in Sydney and abroad. He is passionate about the education and not-for-profit sectors, having previously worked as the Financial Controller for UNSW Foundation.
