SDC Retail Properties' first hire in June 1977, Bruce is owner of the company and oversees its leasing services. A veteran real estate developer, Bruce is responsible for placing hundreds of tenants into shopping centers throughout the upper Midwest. Bruce is a graduate of Crown College, where he earned his B.A. He also attended Bemidji State University and the University of Minnesota.

A pioneer in the shopping center industry, Bruce founded Security Development Company, Inc., now SDC Retail Properties, on January 1, 1977. Bruce currently oversees SDC Retail Properties' financing and government relations. Bruce is a graduate of Minneapolis' Academy of Accountancy, where he earned his accounting degree. He also attended the University of Minnesota and Gustavus Adolphus College.

Judy is responsible for the daily operations and tenant relations of about 300,000 square feet of leased retail space, spanning 13 shopping centers and about 120 tenants. Her responsibilities include:
Coordination of all aspects of building operations
Supervision of maintenance personnel
Management of each property's financial aspects, focused on tenant retention
