After coming from a sale background all my working life, I pride myself on a high level of service that I provide to all my customers, without them I would not be the estate agent I am today. I have worked for corporate estate agencies back in the 1990s, after working long hours I made a personal decision to become self-employed and created the company ADM Residential, It has continued to successfully grow as one of the most productive and friendly offices here in Huddersfield. Offering not only great services to all that come into our branch, we offer an "always doing more" attitude.
Our new system is now much more user friendly with a 247 access for our vendors on the sales progression and likewise with the rental progression with maintenance. I have gained over 26 years of experience in the estate agent and letting industry with a total of 38 years in the sales industry in total. By having a great team of staff behind ADM Residential, "Alethea commented signs that the housing market had to become stronger over 2021 and 2022 as confidence returned back to the buyers, we believe people buy into people and will always want to move for a reason, whether it be for increased family needs, move closer to schools or downsize etc.

My name is Izzy, I joined the ADM team towards the end of 2023 after contacting Alethea about an apprenticeship opportunity. I am currently doing my ‘Junior Estate Agency' Apprenticeship and should hopefully finish this by 2025. In the office I am working closely with Alethea and Sarah, having one to one training for this administration roll, I will be answering calls, meeting and greeting our customers, carry out accompanied viewings and deal with some social media adverts. I have had very keen interest in Estate Agency and the lettings industry since leaving School, I look forward to pursuing my career with ADM Residential. I have a friendly and bubbly personality and enjoy spending time with my loved one`s.
Sarah joined ADM Residential Estate Agents in 2017 after approaching Alethea, the company director, asking for the opportunity of an apprenticeship. Sarah initially started with the company as a ‘Saturday girl' helping with the administration tasks and calls. Having excelled further within the company over the past 5 years having one to one training and support, Sarah commented that "After working with Alethea closely, she has really helped my confidence and given me an eye-opening insight into the world of the Estate Agency Industry with start to finish progression for both sales and lettings. The whole experience so far has really boosted my already keen interest in the property market."
A little bit about Sarah: "I always enjoyed reading from a very early age and I believe reading so much has helped my vocabulary and how I come across to clients massively, in this business your grammar and how you speak to people is very important. Being born and bred in Huddersfield myself, I have a very intimate knowledge of the local area which has proven very valuable when talking to our customers here at ADM. Providing a high level of customer service is key and continuing to build a relationship with your clients on a daily basis is the definition of job satisfaction for me." Sarah is a very family orientated person and enjoys spending time with them whether it be for a special occasion, or a casual family get together. Sarah commented, "I believe family is the most important thing and being able to be a part of someone's journey of moving into their new home or rental property which helps them to build on family space for themselves is really rewarding." Sarah completed her two years of training within the Sales and Lettings of ADM Residential and continues to build her successful career within the ADM Residential Estate agency.
