Chris Dorros is Chief Executive Officer of Tally Energy Services, an oilfield services company specializing in North American shale products and services. Chris Co-founded Tally Energy Services with Doug Foshee in 2016. Previously, Chris spent 10 years at Forum Energy Technologies in diverse strategic and operating roles, including pressure pumping equipment, valves and subsea ROVs. Chris began his career, and spent 6 years in product development and engineering with Ford Motor Company. Chris holds both a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Engineering from Dartmouth and an MBA from Stanford.

Erik Reissig is a highly accomplished oil and gas industry professional with over 18 years of experience in domestic and international production operations, management, and petroleum engineering. He has a proven track record of success in managing complex projects, optimizing processes, and driving revenue growth. He began his career at a hydraulic lift startup that required him to wear many hats from engineering and design to IT management, sales, marketing and service. He then joined Tech-Flo as Vice President and helped build it from the ground up by designing new downhole tools and surface equipment as well as organizing the operations of the company.
In 2017 Tech-Flo sold to Tally Energy Services where Erik currently holds the position of VP, Hydraulic Lift. He has been very involved in the advancement of hydraulic lift in the oil and gas industry and currently holds multiple patents relating to these products and services.
Over 25 years of experience with extensive knowledge of downhole production equipment. Mitch has had the privilege of experiencing many roles within Tally that includes Gas Lift, Plunger Lift, Hydraulic Lift, Completion Tools and Spooling Services.
