I'm Samantha Jayasuriya, a leadership energy coach working across a variety of business networks to help successful professionals achieve their goals. My background is in education, and that gave me my initial passion for working with others. I have always enjoyed seeing people discover their true potential; these days I use my personal coaching strengths to help clients connect with themselves and their work. I help leaders be the leaders they want to be... My business is called Sun & Sky Coaching and it relates to my name: Jayasuriya means ‘victory over the sun'. I love a blue sky and a sunny day lifts my energy and puts a spring in my step. I harness that energy to help put actions into place... Before coaching I was a headteacher, a role where it was essential for me to use my natural strengths of connecting with others. My experience of leadership as a full time and a Co-Head give me a great insight into building good fruitful leadership partnerships.
