NC Logística, formerly knowned as Natureza em Congelados was founded in 1998 by Engineer Eurico Cid, who was the main responsible for the current positioning of the company. It was thanks to his vision and sensitivity as a CEO that he realized that the temperature controlled storage market was booming. The consumption habits and way of Portuguese living, already pointed to the consumption increase of frozen and chilled products. It was when he decided to rent his first warehouse, which was located in Alverca. It was in this warehouse, whose storage capacity didn't even reach the 1,000 pallets, that Natureza em Congelados made itself known to the market.
