It is dedicated to the dissemination of the concepts and ideas of modern day Management and IT thereby stimulating academic fervor and search for knowledge amongst practicing managers and encouraging applied and theme-based field research in the area of Management and IT. The journal seeks to embody the spirit of enquiry and innovation to augment the richness of existing Management and IT literature and theories.
