Brandon Martyn joined the Quantum Source Insurance Group team in August of 2019 as the Operations Manager. Brandon was born and raised in Jacksonburg, West Virginia. He attended Fairmont State University and holds a B.S. in Exercise Science. Brandon has been in the insurance industry for 8 years in multiple roles and has enjoyed seeing the protection that insurance can offer clients on a daily basis in their time of need. He moved to Cranberry Township in 2013 and currently resides in West Elizabeth, PA.
Charles hails from Clairton, PA and as the child of military parents, spent his high school years in Dallas, TX. Returning to his roots after graduation, Charles attended Duquesne University, where he played football and was part of the MAAC Championship team in 2002. Upon graduation, he entered the workforce in a sales role, while obtaining his MBA from Point Park University. Excelling in sales and playing on his passion to help people, Charles decided to move into the insurance industry. He has held key roles within the industry, including Business Sales Leader for national companies, as well as being a key team member in building a monoline workers compensation program. Using the expertise gained in these roles, along with his strong business acumen, Charles founded Quantum Source Insurance Group. With so many insurance agents and brokers in the industry, Charles aspired to create something different with QSIG, bringing experts in each area of the insurance industry together to create an agency that is the business and individual consumers' ONE SOURCE for all insurance.
Lisa Harris is a native of the small town of Pine Grove, WV, having spent much of her life there raising her three sons. As a dedicated mother, Lisa looked for a career that would afford her the flexibility of being a working mom. Starting her career with a life insurance company, she quickly excelled in leadership roles and award-winning sales performance.
While working in various sales and management roles in WV, she built a large client base and served as a mentor to her peers. Along the way, she worked with area brokers and obtained her P&C insurance license, as well as experience in that area of the industry. Her focus was always servicing the needs of her clients. Eventually transitioning to a regional instructor role with a national employee benefits company, her expertise and training helped launch the success of aspiring newcomers. After moving to Pittsburgh, Lisa partnered with Charles to assess the needs of insurance clients in today's busy times. They developed a strategy to put together an agency that could serve every clients' insurance needs. Now, as a partner of QSIG, Lisa brings over 16 years of dedicated industry experience to a team that will better serve the insurance needs of area clients.
