Dan Eklöf

Dan Eklöf specialises in intellectual property law and competition law. Dan Eklöf has extensive experience of research and providing advice in these fields. In 2004, his doctoral thesis was submitted before the Faculty of Law, Stockholm University. Subsequently, he has been a visiting scholar to Yale Law School and the University of Oxford. In the IP field, the focus is copyright law where he engages in drafting and negotiating licence contracts, providing advice, and in litigation. In Competition law, Dan Eklöf's main task is providing advice, following the prohibition of abuse of a dominant position. He has a special competence in European Union law, in particular its implications for Intellectual Property and Antitrust.
