Björn Holmgren represents clients in litigation in the areas of intellectual property law and marketing law, with a particular focus on patents and copyright. Björn has experience in disputes both at national courts and the Unified Patent Court (UPC). Björn also assists clients in various industries with ongoing advisory services on contracts and intellectual property law. He has been regularly hired as a lecturer in marketing law.

Dan Eklöf specialises in intellectual property law and competition law.
Dan Eklöf has extensive experience of research and providing advice in these fields.
In 2004, his doctoral thesis was submitted before the Faculty of Law, Stockholm University. Subsequently, he has been a visiting scholar to Yale Law School and the University of Oxford. In the IP field, the focus is copyright law where he engages in drafting and negotiating licence contracts, providing advice, and in litigation. In Competition law, Dan Eklöf's main task is providing advice, following the prohibition of abuse of a dominant position.
He has a special competence in European Union law, in particular its implications for Intellectual Property and Antitrust. In 2008, he was appointed Associate Professor (Docent) in EU Law at Stockholm University, where he also lectures.

David has experience from litigation within intellectual property and advertisement law. He serves as secretary of the Swedish Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property as well as being a co-opted member of the board.

Elin primarily works with copyright and marketing disputes, with particular expertise as legal counsel in the Patent and Market Courts. She also has experience as legal counsel in contractual disputes and in international arbitrations.
In addition to her role as legal counsel in dispute resolution, Elin acts as a legal adviser to both Swedish and international clients, especially in the areas of intellectual property and marketing law.

Jonas Näsman is primarily active in the fields of contract and company law and litigation and dispute resolution.
Jonas has within these areas a special emphasis on matters aligning or involving intellectual property rights and trade secrets (know-how).
Jonas has substantial experience from drafting and negotiating inter alia license, distribution and R&D agreements, as well as agreements concerning joint ventures, franchising and outsourcing arrangements. He also assists small and mid-sized companies in mergers and acquisitions, stock option and incentive programs and with shareholder and partnership agreements.
