Jim Barrett has spent more than two decades with the Hagadone Hospitality team, sharing his talents among the dining venues such as Tito's Italian Grill, The Cedars Floating Restaurant, Beverly's Restaurant and as The Resort's executive pastry chef. Currently, he is the executive chef for award-winning Beverly's restaurant. He has spent years honing his craft, first at culinary school in Detroit, Michigan, and then to the kitchens of the Hilton Corporation, the Los Angeles Marriott, and many notable country clubs and restaurants across the country. He has more than 35 years of experience under his toque.
