Prior to being called to the Bar, Andro was in the corporate sector as an external consultant for cannabis companies on the CSE and NASDAQ (advising on M&A and business ops). He obtained firsthand experience in corporate litigation through the iAnthus Capital Holdings matter between 2020 to 2022. During his time as an external consultant, he was working as a manager & consultant for a private chain of pharmacies in Toronto, Ontario.
Andro completed his Articles of clerkship with the Federal Crown (PPSC) (2017) where his articling principal later was appointed as Judge. While practicing law as a Solicitor, Andro is also doing his MBA during his spare time to satisfy his never-ending quest for learning.

Antonio Viera, has been a law clerk since 2005. In addition to his years of experience with incorporations, amalgamations, continuances, dissolutions and ongoing corporate maintenance matters, he has extensive experience in various areas of corporate law, franchise law, tax reorganizations, estate freezes, share and asset purchase and sale transactions, due diligence reviews and trust work. Antonio also has extensive experience in the area of not-for-profit and charities law. He has assisted with charitable registrations, continuances and maintenance of private and public foundations and charitable organizations. Antonio is a member of The Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario and is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Roshan provides support to our lawyers and paralegals in all aspects of both accident benefits and tort claims from inception to settlement.
Sana is a licensed paralegal, who entered the legal field with a passion to learn and practice in varying areas of law. At Dahab Law, she primarily assists with Tort Claims, and her responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, communicating with clients and other parties, and assisting the firm's lawyers in preparing for hearings and trials.
