Mr. Flint joined the firm in 2018. He specializes in business law, real property, and estate planning. He also practices cannabis and hemp law. He has been practicing law since 2012, initially in Seaside, Oregon, and then mostly in Corvallis since 2014. Mr. Flint has not only practiced law in small firms, large firms, and as a solo practitioner, but he also has over a decade of executive management experience that he draws on to help advise his business clients. In addition, he is an entrepreneur himself and has started several companies over the years.
He is a proud graduate of Oregon State University and enjoys coaching and playing soccer, golfing, and exploring the lesser known parts of the state.
Mr. Howe previously worked in the tax planning department of the American Express Financial Advisors office in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and for The St. Paul Companies. He was also a Registered Principal for Lutheran Brotherhood (now Thrivent Financial), a not-for-profit financial services company.
Mr. Howe moved to Corvallis with his wife, Dana, after graduating from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2003
Mr. Britton holds a B.A. in History from the University of Oregon and graduated with a Juris Doctor from The University of Washington School of Law. Mr. Britton specializes his practice in matters of business transactions, real estate, and estate planning. He spends a considerable amount of his time handling the sales and purchases of Willamette Valley businesses.
Mr. Welsh holds a B.A. in political science from the University of Montana and graduated with a Juris Doctor, Lewis and Clark College, Northwestern School of Law. Mr. Welsh focuses his practice on general business matters, real property, administrative law and litigation.
Prior to moving to Corvallis, Mr. Welsh worked in Portland, representing primarily private practice medical providers on issues related to compliance, insurance and billing. He has represented other regulated entities before agencies in both Oregon and Washington. He also worked as Deputy County Counsel, handling general municipal matters, for Linn County.
Mr. Adkins joined the firm in 2010. He specializes in business, real property, and trusts and estates. He has been practicing law in Corvallis since 1980, most recently as a partner of the firm Adkins Watkinson, LLC. Mr. Adkins represents over 300 businesses in the Willamette Valley and served as chief operating and compliance officer for Falcon Pacific Capital Management, a Japanese hedge fund, from 2004 - 2008.
Mr. Elliott is a founding shareholder and practiced law in Corvallis, Oregon for over 30 years. His practice emphasized family law, personal injuries, will contests, and wrongful death claims.
