ESG CHARTERED PROFESSIONAL ACCOUNTANTS - Key Persons

Eva was born and raised in Winnipeg and earned her CGA designation in 1996 from the Certified General Accountants Association of Manitoba and Canada; which has since amalgamated with CPA. She has been in public practice since June 2000. Eva started ESG in August of 2017 and is a founding partner. In addition to her work at ESG, Eva is a board member of the National Management Committee of Porter Hetu International. She specializes in working with small to medium sized corporations in various industries from trucking to doctors. When she isn't working, she enjoys traveling with her husband, cooking, and spending time with the grandchildren/family especially at the lake. She also loves spending time with her fur baby Finn. And when she has time, she loves helping others.

Michelle earned her CGA designation in 1990 and began volunteering with CGA Manitoba on several committees provincially and nationally. Because of her leadership skills, in 1999 she became president of CGA Manitoba and received a Fellowship for her contribution to the profession a few years later. She continues to serve on committees with CPA Manitoba. In 2017 Michelle was one of the original partners in ESG Chartered Professional Accountants LLP. She deals primarily with small to medium sized business across various business sectors as well as with not-for-profit organizations in assurance. Michelle has always been active in the community by serving on several committees and as a teacher at her church. As a 4th degree black belt in Taekwondo, she has been an instructor and has been asked to adjudicate student tests. She and her wonderful husband Marty love outdoor activities such as hiking, cross country skiing, snowshoeing and running. They look forward to sharing this with their beautiful young granddaughter.
