Jason C. Strzelczyk

Jason C. Strzelczyk is of counsel to The Guerin Law Firm and practices business, probate, and catastrophic injury litigation. Mr. Strzelczyk has also represented a wide variety of businesses and individuals in litigation pertaining to the defense of construction entities, architects and engineers, products manufacturers, restaurants, security companies, and event venues. He has also been involved in insurance matters related to bad faith, coverage, and subrogation. Mr. Strzelczyk has assisted small businesses with various legal matters including business formation, drafting of corporate employment policies/manuals and review and negotiation of contracts in real estate, general business, technology acquisition and entertainment matters. Mr. Strzelczyk previously worked at boutique defense firms. With this experience, Mr. Strzelczyk has in-depth knowledge of insurance company practices in settling personal injury cases. Mr. Strzelczyk obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School.

Regis A. Guerin

Regis A. Guerin practices business, probate, commercial and catastrophic injury litigation, in addition to handling business transactional matters. Mr. Guerin has tried several cases to verdict as the first or second chair trial attorney, and has also argued before the California Court of Appeal. Additionally, he has arbitrated and mediated a multitude of business and commercial litigation cases. Mr. Guerin handles a wide variety of business agreements, including technology transactions, real estate transactions, leasing agreements, supply chain agreements, partnership agreements, shareholder agreements, as well as corporate formation. Mr. Guerin previously worked at a large insurance defense firm, and at a major automobile manufacturer. With this experience, Mr. Guerin has in-depth knowledge of personal injury and product liability law. Mr. Guerin understands how manufacturers and insurance companies handle and settle cases. With this knowledge, Mr. Guerin works to maximize recovery for his catastrophic injury clients. Mr. Guerin obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of California at Los Angeles and obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School. While at Loyola, he served as a Staff Writer and Articles Editor for the Entertainment Law Review, and was a member of the Giles Sutherland Rich Intellectual Property Moot Court Team, as well as the Hispanic National Bar Association Moot Court Team. Mr. Guerin was also on the Dean's Honor List.
