Andrew Brady (Lisa), Mary Lagrada (Jerome), Allison Downey (Peter), Ryan Acevedo, Francesca Acevedo, and Isabelle Acevedo; three great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. He also is survived by his brothers, Richard Gehrer, Jr., and Ernest Gehrer (Judy), and thirteen nieces and nephews. He is pre-deceased by his grandson Christopher Gehrer, and his great-granddaughter Kaylee Brady.

Robert A Gehrer

Bob served as the Town of Red Hook Republican Committee Chairman for over 20 years, was Chairman of Red Hook's first Assessment Review Board, a Town Councilman and Deputy Supervisor. He was Chairman of the Dutchess County Hearing Committee while working to spread the use of teletype (TTY) devices throughout the county. Bob also served as Chairman of the Dutchess County Board of Ethics until his move to Greene County where he served on the Columbia/Greene Private Industry Council and Greene County Office of the Aging Advisory Board.

Rosa Christa Henchey

Rosa Christa Henchey passed away peacefully at home after a long illness on April 4, 2024. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Patrick A. Henchey. She was born in 1941 to Wilhelm Roller and Mathilda Beck Roller, in Frankfurt, Germany. Rosa married Patrick on June 30,1960 in Frankfurt Germany, where Patrick was stationed with the US Army. They lived in numerous places in the US and Europe during Patrick's 20 year Army career, and moved to Jefferson Heights Catskill in 1979 when Patrick retired from the military. Rosa worked for many years as an Operating Room tech and nursing assistant at Catskill Memorial Hospital. When the hospital closed she worked as a private nursing assistant. Rosa is survived by her three children, Anna Winans (Robert), Christina Henchey, Christopher Henchey (Maria) as well as three grandchildren, Jaime Winans Solis (Jake), Matthew Winans (Andrew), and Emily Winans D'Amario (Nick), and four great grandchildren, Jake R. Solis, Lucia Solis, Leo Solis and Christopher D'Amario. Christopher was born the day Rosa passed. Rosa's greatest joys were being with her family and her love of oil painting and needlepoint. Rosa was a devout Roman Catholic and a communicant of St. Mary's Church in Hudson, where she had many dear friends.
