I3 - Key Persons
Mr. Jason Milgram is i3's Chief Architect. Prior to i3 Jason was Chief Architect at SAIC's Strategy, Growth, and Innovation unit, 1st VP Cloud Solutions Architect at City National Bank of Florida, VP Platform Architecture & Engineering at Champion Solutions Group, and earlier in his career he worked in IT for clients such as IBM, the U.S. Department of Justice, Florida Power and Light, Chase Manhattan Bank, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Kodak and Iris Associates (creator of Lotus Notes). He was also a sergeant in the US Army Reserve, serving from 1990 to 1998. Jason was educated at the University of Cincinnati and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology - Sloan School of Management. As a public speaker, Jason has given over 100 presentations on topics including cloud computing, Microsoft Azure, hybrid and cloud security and compliance, and launching a tech start-up. He is a Microsoft Azure MVP (2010-present), and co-author of Microsoft's Azure Strategy and Implementation Guide (2019 & 2021).
Mr. Nick Nguyen is a proven leader with over 25 years of government, healthcare, information technology, and management consulting experience. As the President and Chief Executive Officer, he is responsible for leading operations and strategic growth for the company. Nick is passionate about applying technology to solve business problems and is driven to make a positive impact for the customers we serve and while benefiting the community in which we live in.
Prior to starting i3, Nick served as an IT executive in the federal government overseeing the engineering of Cloud Computing, Collaboration Services, IT modernization, and Advanced Concepts for agencies in the Intelligence Community. He is recognized for his expertise in program management, strategic planning, and technical innovation and has a track record of delivering multi-million dollar flagship IT initiatives on time and within budget. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), an ITIL v3 Professional, and an Adjunct Professor in Software Engineering. Nick earned a Bachelors degree in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and a Masters degree in Information Systems Engineering from George Mason University (GMU).
Mr. Tom Dawson is the Senior Director for i3. He is an experienced executive and United States Air Force Veteran with 27 years of experience implementing and managing technical programs across the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, academia, and private industry. Prior to this position, his career highpoint was the standup of the Operations Center situational awareness tool suite for the National Counterterrorism Center. He is the recipient of multiple awards for outstanding acquisition project performance and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) grounded in ITIL and Scrum methodologies. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Management from the United States Air Force Academy, and a Master of Systems Management from the University of Southern California.
Mrs. Sara Nguyen believes in i3's mission and values and is committed to excellence in every arena. She spent a decade in the private sector building a successful career at several Fortune 500 corporations. She ventured into the public sector in recent years to support the growing demands of i3. She graduated with honors from the University of Virginia, earning a degree from the McIntire School of Commerce. Her business acumen has helped i3 thrive and excel and her expertise is essential to many aspects of the company, however, her primary focus is serving as the organization's Chief Financial Officer.
Nilesh Hegde is an entrepreneur and a dynamic executive with over 24 years of experience working in the software industry, with a flair for managing large scale, mission critical, high-risk projects with a deep understanding of the underlying technologies. Mr. Hegde is a natural leader with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, commendable experience working on a number of leading-edge technologies including mobility and cloud computing.
