Daniel Odiete

Daniel is the Finance and Administrative Manager of JCS Client Services Limited. He is an accountant with over 15years of experience in the accounting field. Daniel worked with the reputable law firm of Odujirin & Adefulu in Lagos, Nigeria as the Accountant before joining Jackson, Etti & Edu, another top tier law firm in Lagos, Nigeria serving in various capacities in the accounting department. He is currently the Finance and Admin Manager in JCS Client Services Limited. He has hands-on experience in various aspects of accounting including Account Receivables, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Payroll, Book-keeping, Management and Financial Accounting. Daniel is a graduate of the prestigious Yaba College of Technology, Lagos, Nigeria with a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy. He is also a student member of the reputable Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, ICAN.

Koye Edu

Koye Edu is the Chairman of JCS Client Services Limited. He commenced his legal career in Law in 1987 as an associate in the reputable and prestigious law firm of Irving & Bannar in association with Bentley Edu & Co. He specialized in commercial and intellectual property matters and had risen to the position of Partner before co-founding the law firm Jackson,Etti & Edu in 1996 which has grown to be one of the largest law firms in Nigeria. Koye Edu sits on a number of boards including all the companies in the Moorhouse Group (a real estate and hospitality company), Pension Alliance Limited and Nigeria Conservative Foundation. Koye holds a first degree in Law from Bristol University and a postgraduate degree in Law from Kings College, University of London. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.

Laide Adeyemo

Laide is the Managing Director of JCS Client Services. She was the Editor-in-Chief of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN), Lagos Chapter from 2021-2023 and produce the Flagship Magazine for the Chapter. She has over 24 years of post-call experience. She began her legal career at Wole Olufon & Co and has gained extensive legal experience in private and corporate practice. She also worked with SystemSpecs Limited in various positions. Prior to joining JCS, Laide worked in the prestigious law firm of Jackson, Etti & Edu. Working at JCS, Laide has focus on SMEs with a determination to see their businesses take off and grow beyond their expectations. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and her law degree from Ogun State University, Nigeria. She was subsequently called to Nigeria Bar. She has attended various courses both within and outside the country, amongst whom are the University of Cape Town, Graduate school of Business, SA; Lagos business School for the Senior Management Programme (SMP). Laide is also an Intellectual Property (IP) expert having also attended the International IP Law summer School, University of Cambridge, UK. She is very versatile in providing IP advisory services for both local & international clients, and offer tailor-made solutions to clients throughout the African continent. Through her professionalism and dedication to work, she acts as a one-stop shop for her clients' needs throughout Africa. Laide is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), International Trademarks Association (INTA) and Intellectual Property Lawyers Association of Nigeria (IPLAN)

Lookman Durosinmi-Etti

Lookman is a founding partner and the Senior Partner at Jackson, Etti & Edu. He obtained his law degree from the University of Lagos, Nigeria in 1980 and a Masters degree from the University of London in 1984. He also obtained a Chief Executives Programme Certificate from Lagos Business School, Nigeria. In 1984, he joined the law firm of Bentley, Edu & Co. and became a partner in the firm in 1988. Following the integration, in 1989, of Bentley, Edu & Co with Irving & Bonnar, the oldest law firm in Nigeria, Lookman became the Managing Partner of Bentley, Edu & Co and, concurrently, a partner in Irving and Bonnar. He left Bentley, Edu & Co. in 1996 to co-found Etti, Edu & Co., which evolved to become Jackson, Etti & Edu after a merger with a leading commercial firm, Norman, Jackson Steele & Co. Under his leadership, Jackson, Etti & Edu has been ranked a Tier 1 Law Firm in Intellectual Property for the past 15 years consecutively. His strides in this field are recognized locally and internationally. Lookman's immense wealth of experience and expertise now spanning over 36 years has seen him manage complex transactions representing various top 500 global companies and multinational brands. He worked on the Nigerian Senate Committee of the National Assembly, for Banking and Currency, as a Legal Adviser.

Tajudeen Alao

Alao Tajudeen has over 21 years cumulative working experience. He is a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He is also an Associate Member of Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria (CPIN). Alao Tajudeen obtained his HND in Accounting from Ogun State Polytechnic, Abeokuta in 1995. In addition, he attended a Senior Management Program (SMP) at the prestigious Lagos Business School. He has attended various training and workshops on Accounting, Taxation, Business Leadership and Administration.
