Before assuming the Presidency and COB, Brother Charlie served as the Vice President of JEG from 2015 to 2018. And before the incorporation of JEG, he served as Assistant Head Servant of Joshua Group from 2011 to 2015. In the field of Evangelization, Bro Charlie served in various capacities: In the year 2006, due to the death of one of the trustees, Koinonia Foundation, Inc. (KFI) was permanently closed. Bro Charlie and wife Connie together with Bro Conrad & Sis Bing Felix and two other couples established the KFI-M.E. Ministry, Inc., and eventually was incorporated and registered in the State of New York wherein the four couples mentioned were the Incorporators and at the same time they were the first Board of Directors. Bro Charlie then became the Founding and First President of the KFI-M.E. Ministry, Inc. serving from 2007 to 2013. He remains in the ministry as member of the Council of Elders. To look back, Bro Charlie became active in the charismatic renewal after his baptism in the Spirit, way back in 1976 in the Philippines. When he migrated to the U.S., he and family joined the Holy Family Prayer Group-Woodbridge. Prior to assuming the presidency of KFI-M.E. Ministry, Bro Charlie and Sis Connie worked in God's vineyard through the Koinonia Foundation. They served as members of ME Board-I and ME Board-II. Also, they served as Presenting and Shepherd couple at the ME weekends and Deepening reunions. In the field of Conventions, Marian Affairs and Pilgrimages: In August of 2002, Bro Charlie served as the Over-all Coordinator of then Asian-American Charismatic Crusade, sponsored by the Koinonia Foundation, Inc. After then Bro Charlie was appointed as the KFI Dir. for Conventions. Before moving to Florida, Bro Conrad endorsed Bro Charlie to Eddie Caparas, (BNA Chairman & President) to be the official contact person of BNA-KFI communications. Since then, Bro Charlie continued in active capacity coordinating all the activities related to the KFI delegations to the Annual National Filipino Pilgrimage to our Birhen ng Antipolo (BNA) at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception in Washington DC up to the present time. In 2015, after the death of Bro Conrad, the BNA USA appointed Bro Charlie as BNA Special Liaison & Area Coordinator for East Coast in place of Bro Conrad. Bro Charlie was also involved in the LSS Ministry, helping out in conducting workshops, and serving as organizational coordinator and sometimes speaker during LSS. After his early retirement in 2013, he spent most of his time assisting and accompanying Bro Conrad going around to prayer groups and conducting LSS through out the tri-state and sometimes in Florida. Bro Charlie did not limit his involvement in the field of Evangelization only to KFI, but he was also involved in the Archdiocesan level: *In 2011 to present - member, planning committee CCR Archdiocese of Newark. In 2011 to present - member, Filipino Pastoral Team, under the CCR Liaison, Archdiocese of Newark. Presently, serving as Asst. Head Coordinator. *In 2012, he was invited to be a member of the NJ Catholic Charismatic Conference committee. Since then he has been a member to 2016. During conferences, he served as coordinator of various committees utilizing the participation of KFI members. The greatest accomplishment of Bro Charlie as a committee member was in 2014, when he was given the privilege to recommend a Filipino speaker, and that was Brother Conrad Felix. Bro Conrad was so happy to have been given that opportunity to be at Center-stage as Speaker. The following year, August-2015, Bro Charlie was also asked to be conference speaker. Bro. Conrad in spite of his health condition (he was suffering from lungs cancer), he still attended the conference. Others:  Alumnus of Notre Dame University, Philippines, graduated with a degree of BSC major in Accounting.  Worked with Ferrero USA, Inc. for 20 years as Accountant and as Treasury Supervisor. A life member of Alpha Phi Omega International (Phils.) Service Fraternity. He was National Officer with the position of Regional Development Director for Region-13 from 1983 to 1985. Presently, he is a member of "APO Alumni Association of Greater New York (APOAAGNY)." Dr. Rene Mediavillo is the President and CEO of New York Radiation Oncology Associates. He is a Board Certified Radiation Oncologist, who for more than a decade has provided the highest level of care to thousands of cancer patients in the New York Metropolitan area, including Nassau County in Long Island, NY. He has been one of the leading experts in the radiation oncology community in this locality.

Erlinda Mendiola

Corporate Treasurer 2015 - Present, Member of Board of Director Frank & Linda Mendiola and with their 2-year old daughter came to the USA in May 1978 to visit her parents & siblings in San Francisco, CA. Learning about the United Nations and seeking for a better future, she went to New York, applied and was hired where she worked for 30 years. Working at the United Nations from 1978-2008 mostly in finance area was her first ever and last job she held here in the US. At present, she is the Treasurer of JEG. This position and responsibility was turned over to her by Allan Cuyugan in 2015. She was the Secretary of Joshua Group when it was first formed in 2002, till it became JEG, Inc. in 2014. Linda Mendiola first joined the Charismatic renewal in year 1999 through the Holy Family Prayer Group in Woodbridge, NJ. In year 2000 she and her husband Frank attended the Marriage Encounter Weekend under ME-Class# 10 in April, then in November Frank & Linda with their three children attended the Family Encounter. In that same year Linda and her husband Frank was inducted as member of the Koinonia Foundation, Inc. which is now KFI-ME Ministry Inc. where they are one of the incorporators together with other three couples. Although Linda and Bro. Conrad (it was Dr. Felix back then in the Philippines) were neighbors in the Philippines, she only became acquainted with Bro. Conrad when she became a member of KFI. Since then they have been active in the Charismatic renewal.

Len Javier - Secretary

Len Javier is the current Secretary of JEG, Inc. She became the Secretary when JEG was incorporated in 2014. She attended Catholic school throughout her Education and in college, she attended the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines where she received her degree in Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering in 1978. Since 1991 till the present time, she is gainfully employed at the Environmental Protection Agency, as an Environmental Chemist/Scientist. In 1996, she was afflicted with breast cancer where she and her husband Caloy both faced the insecurities of life. These events were the very reason that they saw a need to make a drastic change in their lifestyle, much more in their spiritual life. By God's grace, they were invited to a Life in the Spirit Seminar and met Bro. Conrad Felix for the first time. Thereafter, they joined the Holy Family Prayer Group, got involved in the charismatic renewal and firmly committed themselves to serve God thru the community. Out of this overflowing passion of serving God, in one healing service, she received a message and was prompted by the Holy to visit the Basilica Shrine of the Lady of Fatima in Youngstown, NY, where she asked for a favor to have a child and continuous healing for her cancer. On March 11, 1998, she became a mother after 17 years of married life. Truly, she believes and claims .that this was the work of our God thru the intercession of the Lady of Fatima. Happily engaged with a prayer group, initially with the Holy Family Prayer Community at the Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church in Woodbridge, NJ and later with the Holy Trinity Prayer Group (HTPG) at Our Lady of Fatima Church in Piscataway, NJ. Although, she has no formal lessons in guitar and music, our God has inspired her to be passionate for praise and worship every Friday in the Prayer meeting. She is part of the of the People's Praise that provides praise and worship to the various Life in the Spirit Seminars conducted by KFI to different parishes. She is also involved in the Youth Ministry as a member of the Youth Board since 2015 to the present time. This Board manages the evangelization activities which are catered for the youth and young adults of the community ranging in ages from 11 thru 35. Likewise, she was also involved in the Marriage Encounter Ministry by serving as a member of the MEB I and MEB2. When given the opportunity, she shares her life testimony about how God's love changed the course of her life. She resides in Edison, NJ with husband Caloy and their son Samuel, who is now 21 years old and in college at Rutgers University.

Luis C. Javier - CEO, Chairman, President

In the beginning, when the group was formed in 2002, it was commonly called the "Joshua Group". At that time, Caloy Javier was chosen as the Head Servant. Thereafter in 2014, the group was incorporated and aptly named the Joshua Evangelization Group, Inc. He was then it's first President, CEO and Chairman of the Board until 2018. He first got involved in the renewal after attending a Life in the Spirit Seminar on April, 1996 where he met Bro. Conrad Felix for the first time. Then, together with wife Len, he attended an ME weekend retreat on November of that same year. They were part of the 29 couples of ME Class 2 held in Montego Bay in Cape May, NJ. He also became a member of the Holy Family Prayer Community based at the Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church in Woodbridge, NJ and later of the Holy Trinity Prayer Group based at Our Lady of Fatima Church in Piscataway, NJ. Since then, his journey has never been the same until he laid low from the community in 2006 for family reasons. Unfortunately, Joshua Group's existence and its activities also came to a standstill and took a hiatus. On May 2011, by God's grace, the organization decided to re-activate and together with most of its founding members recommitted themselves to continue what was started and pledged a more concerted and active undertaking. As of today, since it's launching in September 19, 2015, JEG has a total membership of 42 individuals consisting of 20 couples and 2 singles who are all actively pursuing to acquire a building to centralize all activities of the Koinonia Foundation Inc. (KFI)- ME Ministry. He is also involved in the Youth Ministry as the Head Servant of the Youth Board from 2015 thru 2018 and member of YB2 till the present time. This Board manages the evangelization activities which are catered for the youth and young adults of the community. Likewise, he was also involved in the Marriage Encounter Ministry where he was a member of the ME Board I and as well as the past- Head Servant of ME Board II. Caloy was born in Cotabato City, Philippines into a family that consists of 5 boys and 6 girls. He attended public school for his elementary education and went onto an all-boy's Notre Dame High School and graduated in 1973. Eventually, he attended college at the University of Santo Tomas situated in Manila on a government scholarship and has earned a degree in Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering in 1978. With wife Len, they have an only son, Samuel, who is now 21 years old and a 3rd year student at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey. Since joining the renewal in 1996 and up until the present time, he has devoted his life to serve in the Lord's vineyard and be passionate to help acquire a center to house the evangelization activities of the Koinonia community and have a home to call our own. All of this believing that ultimately God will bless this community of a center that it greatly deserves. At present, he continues to serve the youth and young adults of the community thru the Youth Board. And, since he turned over the leadership duties of JEG to the new President, he will remain active with JEG as the head of the Advisory Committee.
