Andrew Webster

Andrew works in Beringea's Growth Finance team, where he is responsible for sourcing and analysing opportunities to provide debt-based finance to fast growing companies. Andrew has more than 30 years' experience in financial services and lending. Originally a corporate banker with Kleinwort Benson, Andrew held a senior position in the asset finance division at ING. After a spell at Noble, the venture finance provider, he co-founded Boost&Co, a private debt lender to UK SMEs. With more than 30 years' experience in financial services, Andrew works in Beringea's Growth Finance team.

Ben Richmond - CEO, Founder

Driven by a vision of the future of regulatory compliance, Ben founded CUBE in 2011. Once described as the ‘world-beating Rockstar of RegTech', Ben is our results-driven CEO with a focus on progression and growth.  Ben started his career in technology at MISys and soon came to realise the untapped potential hidden within unstructured data. With this potential in mind, Ben set out to build business centred around harnessing unstructured data for the greater good within financial services. In 1998, he founded The Content Group, with a view to set global standards for content-related initiatives. In 2008, in the midst of the global financial crisis, Ben was quick to see that the future of financial services was going to change. The industry had been brought to its knees due to lack of efficient controls. Ben saw that the future of finance was rooted in more rules, regulations and policies - unstructured data that would need to be harnessed and managed by financial institutions. With this vision in mind, Ben founded CUBE. Ben has worked in technology for 20+ years, an expert in all things ‘content' and founded CUBE in 2011.

Ewan Stradling

Ewan is the managing director of Tranquil Capital, a specialist investor in deep technology companies with proven IP.

Pedro Pereiro

Pedro leads our global end-to-end services value proposition to customers, spanning across data and analytics, service implementation, information assets, product ownership and regulatory expertise. Pedro has a relentless focus on high performance, quality delivery and deep domain knowledge of digital transformations in banking. Prior to joining CUBE, Pedro was a Director in the Banking and Capital Markets Technology Consulting practice at EY, where he led international, tech-enabled transformation initiatives. Previously, he spent several years leading project delivery and product teams for a number of fintech firms, including FIS and Thomson Reuters. Pedro previously worked at EY Banking and Capital Markets, FIS and Thomson Reuters and has 17+ years of experience.

Philippe Chambadal

Philippe Chambadal has 20 years of experience in executive management for technology firms. In 1998, he co-founded enterprise information integration (EII) vendor, MetaMatrix, and was the founding Chief Executive Officer and Chairman. Prior to founding MetaMatrix, Philippe was Vice President, Sales & Marketing of FAME Software, a Warburg Pincus portfolio company. Previously, he was Vice President and co-founder of Reuters New Media. He has also held senior management positions with Reuters Information Technology, Instinet, Reuters North America and Reuters Europe WesternRegion. Voted Fintech Person of the Year 2016, Philippe is currently President of LeapYear.io, the leading data privacy company.

Philippe Lautenberg

Before setting up this business, Philippe was a senior member of Credit Suisse's European Special Situations Group. Earlier in his career, Philippe co-founded and ran Circle Capital Partners, a renewable energy investment firm. Philippe began his career in investment banking at ABN Amro and Deutsche Bank. He holds a M.A. in Business Administration from HEC University of Lausanne (Switzerland) as well as an M.Sc. in Finance from the Universite Catholique de Louvain la Neuve (Belgium). Following his early sales career at Euler Hermes, a global credit insurance business, Rob went on to establish a 15-year career in GRC. Initially working in London at Complinet, a compliance and risk business, Rob subsequently relocated to New York. In 2010, Complinet was acquired by Thomson Reuters and Rob played a pivotal role in growing GRC revenues, especially relating to regulatory change management. As CUBE's Chief Sales Officer, Rob has an outstanding record of attaining and exceeding objectives, coupled with a talent for building successful and sustainable sales teams. Rob has a proven ability to break into new markets & regions, and succeed during transformational and/or economically challenging times. Rob is a governance, risk and compliance expert with 20+ years experience; previously at Complinet and Thomson Reuters.

Tatiana Okhotina - CFO

Tatiana joined CUBE's executive team with more than 9 years of strategic Fintech experience. She is a proven Chief Financial Officer with fast grow scale-up experience. Tatiana's extensive skill set ranges from international expansion, corporate finance and growth funding and business strategy and performance to budgeting and financial modelling, treasury and financial operations, financial reporting, tax and managing complex regulatory requirements. Prior to joining CUBE, Tatiana was a Chief Finance Officer at Azimo, where she has proven her strong leadership skills. Tatiana is a qualified chartered accountant (ACCA), graduated in Economics and Management and Stanford Business School Executive Education. Tatiana has 9+ years' experience in strategic Fintech, previously at Azimo; graduated in Economics and Management and Stanford Business School.
