Immanual William Piga. B.S, Mgt. Mr. Piga's company provides technical support to Adapting and his organization will design the new upcoming Adapting website.
: Mr. Heinen and his father operate a successful agriculture venture of about 5,000 acres in Central Washington State. The family has real estate holdings from the Pacific Northwest to Mid-west America.

Larry M. Kellerman, M.B.A. Special Adviser- Mr. Kellerman is a retired President and Partner of the Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. The world's largest investment banking corporation. He reviews our project business plans and other pertenent activities prior to each project startup.
Lee H. Schmolke, Executive Diector: S.M., M.B.A.: Mr. Schmolke has approximately 35 years experience in project management and was also a consultant in crisis turn-a-round management. His highest position held was Senior Vice President- Chief Engineer. Mr. Schmolke is also a recent bilateral below the knee amputee due to complications from diabetes. It is his experience with diabetes that led to the creation of the ADAPTING program to help disabled people and fight the epidedmic of diabetes in this country.
