Bryan Lynch is a Certified Real Estate Appraiser that has worked with many of the top lenders and real estate professionals in the industry. He is a National Association of Appraisers Designation Member (MNAA) and is also a member of the Sacramento Real Estate Appraiser Association (REAA). Bryan is both a VA and FHA approved appraiser. He also works with many direct lender and selective appraisal management (AMC) panels. Bryan works with many private clients (real estate agents/brokers, lawyers, homeowners) completing a variety of appraisal assignments such as estate, retrospective/date of death, pre-listing, divorce, etc. He is also positive resource in the community for appraisal and market related topics with his real estate blog. Bryan has experience with a variety of properties ranging from suburban to rural/country/acreage properties. Regardless of the assignment, Bryan always places quality of work, detail and excellent communication with his clients as priority. Bryan holds a Bachelor's Degree from Sacramento State University. Outside of work, he spends most of his time with his family. He also enjoys sports, coaching, outdoor activities, music, art and is an active member of his church.
