Dr. John J. Ippolito, MD founder and CEO of AerMed Logistix, has over two decades of practical experience in the field of anesthesiology. Dr. Ippolito brings his expertise to a wide range of facilities, from nationally accredited hospitals to small and medium sized healthcare facilities.
Dr. Ippolito is a graduate of the University of Illinois College of Medicine and completed his anesthesiology residency at Loyola University Medical Center. He is licensed to practice medicine in Illinois, Michigan, Wisconsin, Tennessee, Indiana, and Florida.
He began his career as an anesthesiologist at Fox Valley Orthopaedic Institute in 1994, and has held the position of attending anesthesiologist at a variety of healthcare facilities in Illinois, Michigan and Wisconsin. Having spent almost three years practicing in Wisconsin, Dr. Ippolito returned to Illinois in late 2013, where he founded AerMed Logistix.
Throughout his career, Dr. Ippolito has observed many instances of inefficiency in anesthesia staffing practices. He is committed to providing the highest level of anesthesia care in the most efficient and affordable manner possible. This commitment, coupled with a deep understanding of the need for work-life balance within the medical profession, have been the driving force behind establishing AerMed Logistix.
AerMed Logistix' revolutionary business model has allowed Dr. Ippolito to once again have time to enjoy life outside of the operating room. In his spare time, you might find Dr. Ippolito hitting the slopes, on final approach at his local airfield or raising his five amazing children.
