Andrew is a Chartered Architectural Technologist and full member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists. He is also an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Building. Highly regarded within his field Andrew has over 10 years experience in construction. Andrew is also a director and leads the technical department.

Bernard is an award winning Chartered Architect and member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA). He is also a registered CDM coordinator and a member of the Association of Project Safety. Bernard has over 30 years experience in the industry and is experienced in all aspects of Architecture, including residential, commercial, heritage and health care.
Catherine undertakes the administrative procedures of the practice and looks after Human Resources and professional registrations. She is a professionally qualified secretary and ensures the practice runs smoothly day to day.

Mie is a Japanese Architect, she provides the practice with drawing support from her home in Japan. Her location enables the practice to operate an effective 24 hours a day and has proven to be invaluable on time precious projects.

Peter is an associate Architectural Technician to Baker Architectural and provides technical building support to the practices projects. Peter has worked alongside Bernard and Andrew for over 12 years. He joins the practice design team after taking time out to progress design and build projects.
Raimonda is a graduate of the school of Architecture at the University of Brighton. Her Part 1 in Architecture provides a basis for her continued progression in Architecture as a profession and in her job role as an Architectural Assistant in the practice. Raimonda is multi skilled and speaks a number of languages.
Rob is a Chartered Architect and a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA). He has worked across a number of project sectors and scales, and has a passion for design and detailing. He enjoys working closely with his Clients to deliver their desired scheme.
