Rodriguez became equity shareholders in the firm which continued the practice of certified public accounting in this form until March 1991. At this time, Mr. Chambles retired and the Firm was renamed to Morris, Ligon & Rodriguez, P.C. In January 2013 tragedy struck the firm with the unexpected passing of Mr. Rodriguez.
