Faisal Siddiqui

Faisal Siddiqui successfully completed his training as an office management assistant in Frankfurt, specialising in human resources and management assistance. Thanks to his first position at AWO-Arbeiterwohlfahrt, Mr Siddiqui was able to work with the latest digitalisation software and from this time onwards was mainly responsible for digitalisation in the HR department, including HR office activities. Mr Siddiqui came into contact with law matters through his other positions at the Frankfurt public prosecutor's office (secretariat) and the federal airport police (human resources department). Mr Siddiqui was able to expand his legal knowledge by handling criminal complaints, processing injunctions/law suits and additional training in the detective trade (ZAD). In addition to his work as assistant to the management at BMS, Mr Siddiqui is also responsible for arranging bail bonds. In his free time, Mr Siddiqui mainly devotes himself to his family.

KARL NIEßLER

Mr Nießler has been working in commercial, corporate, tax and insolvency law for 30 years. He can call on decades of experience in legal consultation and structuring, in litigation and as an insolvency administrator.

Robin Steinwachs

Robin Steinwachs studied commercial law in Frankfurt and Hamburg, specialising in particular in the areas of guarantee law and insolvency law. With 6 years of professional experience in guarantee management, Robin Steinwachs has extensive knowledge in the structuring and assessment of sureties. His legal expertise extends not only to the underlying theoretical principles, but also to practical applications in the corporate environment. In addition, he acquired the title "Certified Legal Tech Manager", using it to implement innovative technologies in a legal context. In addition to his work at BMS, Robin Steinwachs has obtained a double qualification as an insurance broker (section 34d of the Industrial Code, GewO). This additional qualification allows him to advise clients comprehensively on insurance-law matters and to develop customised solutions. In his free time, Robin Steinwach devotes himself to sporting activities, such as water sports with a CW (coastal waters) licence.

TORSTEN STEINWACHS

Mr Steinwachs has 30 years of professional experience in the implementation of restructuring and insolvency proceedings. Initially as a bank lawyer working in risk management for BHF Bank, ING Bank Deutschland AG and the law firm HERMANN Rechtsanwälte Wirtschaftsprüfer und Steuerberater, in particular in the major cases Philipp Holzmann AG, Babcock Borsig and Walter Bau. In addition to this, Mr Steinwachs advises banks/ credit insurers and companies on the national and international level in the context of the issue of guarantees and in the event of an assertion of guarantee-related claims. Mr Steinwachs is a lecturer in economic private law at the University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management - FOM - in Frankfurt am Main, and for restructuring and insolvency management at the International School of Management - ISM - in Frankfurt am Main. Mr Steinwachs has published on the subject of guarantees in the publications Bankenkommentar zum Insolvenzrecht (3rd ed. 2016) and Rechtssicheres Avalgeschäft (4th ed. 2020) as well as on the subject of loan collateral in Fachanwaltsbuch für Banken- und Kapitalmarktrecht (5th ed. 2019).
