Allen is a Partner and the Head of Asia for Cornell Capital. He has over 26 years of public and private equity investing experience across a broad array of sectors. Prior to joining the firm, Allen was a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager at Dymon Asia Capital, a Managing Director and Partner at Tudor Investment Corp, and a Portfolio Manager at Citadel Investment Corp, all focused on long-short public equity investing.
Previously, he was an Executive Director of Goldman Sachs in the Merchant Banking Division in Hong Kong, Singapore and New York, where he worked closely with Henry Cornell and Stephen Trevor. Allen formerly served on the board of various Goldman Sachs portfolio companies, including Alibaba, Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation, among others.

Ellanor ("Bodie") Brizendine has more than 40 years in educational leadership. Formerly the Head of School for The Spence School in New York City and Marin Academy in the Bay Area, Bodie has also led various national, independent school organizations and has served on numerous non-profit boards such as Teach for America NYC, and Harlem Children's Zone.
Throughout her career, Bodie has focused on leadership for women, environmental education and design, strategic integration of ESG matters, and board operations and leadership. Currently Bodie is a partner of RG175, a national search firm for independent school leadership, a mentor for individual, educational leaders and a consultant for other financial services for various projects.
Brian F. Li has more than 25 years of experience in investment, financing, management and business operation in China in various industries including clean and renewable energy, health care, real estate, power generation, restaurant, retail, environmental recycling and digital economy. He has been an independent director for China Power International Development Limited, a leader in China's renewable energy industry with majority ownership by the state and listed on the HKSE. He currently serves as Co-chair of Beijing Yisheng Medical Technology Co., a company dedicated to human cell treatment and orthopaedic material development. He started his career with Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York and later joined the investment banking division of Goldman Sachs. He was former country chief representative for Goldman Sachs in China.

Henry is the Senior Partner of Cornell Capital. Prior to founding the firm, he was the Vice Chairman and one of the original architects of the Merchant Banking Division of Goldman Sachs.
Henry has over 35 years of experience across all aspects of private equity investing in a broad array of industries. He began his career as an attorney with Davis Polk & Wardwell before joining Goldman Sachs' Investment Banking Division in 1984. He moved to Tokyo in 1988 to found Goldman Sachs' real estate efforts in Asia, and then moved to Hong Kong in 1992 where he founded Goldman Sachs' principal investment business in Asia. Under his leadership, Goldman Sachs made numerous landmark investments in the region, including Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC), Kookmin Bank, Ping An Insurance Company of China and Sanyo Corporation. Henry returned to New York in 2000 as the Head of Private Equity Americas and Asia, and as a member of the Global Investment Committee. He was subsequently named Vice Chairman of the Merchant Banking Division. Henry's notable US investments while at Goldman Sachs include Allied World, Barrett Energy, Cobalt, Kinder Morgan, MRC Global and USI.

Since 2002, among other roles, Mr. Montupet has served on the Board of PartnerRe, a leading global reinsurer. He is also Lead Director of WABCO Holdings.
Mr. Montupet brings to Cornell Capital considerable expertise in industrial automation and technology. He advises Cornell Capital in connection with its evaluation of investment opportunities, including its investment in PureStar Linen Group, in which he serves on its Board of Directors.

Previously she served as Editor-in-Chief of Cosmopolitan and is the Executive Producer of The Bold Type on Freeform and Hulu, a scripted show inspired by her life as a magazine editor and now in its fifth season.
Ms. Coles also starred in Project Runway Allstars for two seasons. Ms. Coles is an expert on digital media, direct-to-consumer initiatives and consumer-driven communications, and has significant expertise in beauty, personal care and fitness trends.
In 2018, Ms. Coles was made an Officer of the Order of the British Empire for her contributions to journalism and the media business. In addition to advising on general value creation initiatives in her areas of expertise, Ms. Coles sits on the boards of Snap, Sonos, Density and Blue Mistral.

Justine is a Partner of Cornell Capital. She has over 20 years of private equity and finance experience. Prior to joining the firm in 2016, Justine was a member for 13 years of the Private Equity Group at Fortress Investment Group, where she was most recently a Managing Director. While at Fortress, she also served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer for New Senior Investment Group (NYSE:SNR) and Newcastle Investment Corp. (NYSE: NCT). Justine previously held various private equity and investment banking positions at UBS, Credit Suisse and Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette.

Mr. Bossidy's five-decade career began with General Electric Company where he served in a number of senior management positions, including Chief Operating Officer of General Electric Capital Corporation, Executive Vice President and President of GE's Services and Materials Sector, and Vice Chairman and Executive Officer of General Electric Company.
Mr. Bossidy joined AlliedSignal Inc, as Chairman and CEO, in 1991. In 1999, Mr. Bossidy became Chairman and CEO of Honeywell International following the merger of AlliedSignal and Honeywell. He is a former member of the Board of Directors of General Electric, JP Morgan, Merck & Company and the Berkshire Hills Bancorp.
