Robi D. Owens

Job Titles:
  • Partner / LPL Financial Advisor
Robi Owens joined Cornerstone Investment Management in 2012. He previously worked as a Financial Advisor for a national brokerage firm, but decided that a local independent investment firm would allow him to focus on building relationships based on the small town values that are missing in today's business world. Robi earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University, and he feels that his background in project management and accident investigation provide him with a unique outlook on problem solving and plan implementation. Establishing an initial plan is only a starting point. The key to a successful plan is the ongoing relationship between the advisor and client. Only through a continuous evaluation process with regular meetings, can we ensure that the plan is able to evolve with changes in the life/needs of the client. Robi grew up in Murrells Inlet, SC and now resides in Simpsonville with his wife, Mary and their three young children: Isaac, Elizabeth, and James. He is an active member of Reedy Fork Baptist Church, and enjoys any opportunity to get outside and partake in hobbies of Pistol Competition, Kayaking, Golf and Sporting Clays.
