CRESCENT CHILD DEVELOPMENT SERVICES

At Crescent, we work hard to foster personal and professional growth in each employee. New hires undergo comprehensive training and direct supervision while working towards the Registered Behavior Technician credential. All of our staff are required to become certified as RBTs within 90 days of hire. Each technician works closely with the families and clients assigned to their caseload... Crescent offers ABA therapy, behavioral and special education consulting, and speech-language therapy. Parents/caregivers are provided direct training on the treatment plan, including understanding and implementing utilized techniques and principles to ensure success outside of the therapeutic environment.
