During the initial phase, dawaCare's team will conduct pre-pilot research by gathering baseline data of your facility. We do this through interviews with doctors, nurses, allied health workers, administration and patients. We also take a deep look at current hospital data to get insights to tailor/custom the services to meet your specific needs... Our staff resolves scheduling issues by coordinating appointments between patients and doctors. We also prepare patients for their appointment to improve their experience during their visit. Patients will have clearer expectations before, during and after their appointments... Empowering patients with healthier lives. We accomplish this mission together with our stakeholders by researching, designing, developing and implementing IT based communications solutions.
