Mr. Scott is the founder of DSG and has grown the firm from inception to $10 million in annual revenue. He has a long career in the Information Technology field dating back to 1992 and has worked for firms including Egghead Software, General Electric, GTSI, Cognos, and Business Objects. Throughout his career, he has been successful at building the ethics, management approach, discipline and level of professionalism that allowed him to embark on the entrepreneurial venture to form DSG. His tenacity, acuity and leadership will enable him to help lead a successful campaign in the STARS II program.

Mr. Troiano is a 30-year veteran of the finance and accounting trenches. With experience and skills in Accounting, Finance, and Investor Relations; he has successfully helped start and fund companies; defined and implemented strategy; handled M&A due diligence; and managed Accounting, Payroll, IT, Security and Human Resources for organizations ranging from the start-ups to the Fortune 500. Mr. Troiano earned a BA in Physics from Franklin & Marshall College and an MBA in Quantitative Finance from the Johnson School at Cornell University. He is a Member of the I-270 Industrial Security Awareness Council, Financial Executives International and the CFO Alliance and served as Chairman of Satellite Federal Credit Union and Treasurer of the Parklawn Sailing Association. He is an avid sailor, Special Olympics Coach and is a past BSA Scoutmaster.
