Almost eight years ago, and after eleven years of experience with an important HR company, I started up Human Talent Consulting. In partnership with Deine, our main objective is finding new talents and if requested, and give them support with a Life Coach. We mainly work in the retail sector with luxury brands and on high and very high profile applications. Years of experience allow us to identify the suitable candidate for every single brand and position... We also provide consultancy in the retail sector, personnel cost control, pay-roll management and the choice of the best APL in relation to needs. Together with Deine we are able to advise our customers on flexibility through a modern form of staffing brokerage... We are able to support companies in the choice of location at a national level with respect to brand-positioning, and in the selection and training of the related team at 360°.
