Our office is designed around one goal - to be hyper efficient in marketing. Our brand is selectively focused on properties that require fewer one on one interactions than as in typical brokerage offices. Generally speaking, we are focused on selling not leasing and we don't take management assignments, other than basic caretaker duties for properties marketed for sale. As an example, we're not geared to landlord lease office spaces for a group that owns office buildings all over the Dallas / Fort Worth metroplex, as that assignment requires far too many showings and entirely too much time sitting in traffic going between showings; however, we are the right firm to sell those properties and achieve the highest price. Our leasing activity is limited to combination lease and sale assignments where we work to increase the property value..
