Transforming Leadership has discovered that we can change lives by changing organizations. To fulfill that mission Organizational DNA has developed tools for assessing the Core Values of an organization, and aiding the organization in closing the gap between their Core Values Statement and their Demonstrated Core Values. As a step in the Organizational DNA process, we have the opportunity to help individuals clearly identify their critical Core Values.
