Most recently, Tiffany served as Chief Legal Officer for the Town of Southampton as the Town Attorney (2011-2016), overseeing the Town Attorney's Office, Code Enforcement, the Fire Marshal and Animal Control, and has also served as Deputy Town Attorney for the Town of East Hampton (2001-2009). As an elected Sag Harbor Village Trustee (2006-2010), she spearheaded an update to the Village's Comprehensive Plan, and was intimately involved in drafting the zoning adopted for the Village Business District. She also drafted the Village's Affordable Housing Plan and remains active in her community, both as an advocate and community pillar and is a former member of the Sag Harbor Village Zoning Board of Appeals... She received her BA from Villanova University in English in 1996 and continued on to obtain her JD from Hofstra University School of Law in 1999.
