Because we care about the community that we serve a slot on our panel is reserved for a resident of our Academy Place Villas... Our waiting list for Section 8 is currently closed. We are accepting applications for our Public Housing (Academy Place Villas) waiting list... Welcome to the Seminole County Housing Authority's website.
