Our mission is to provide primary preventive health services to the medically insured, underinsured and underserved population of Iberville and surrounding areas regardless of the ability to pay, and to increase the span of healthy life, reduce health disparities and achieve access to comprehensive health services. In fulfilling our mission, SGHC's services target uninsured, underserved residents living below 200 percent of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
