William D Down & Associates was formed in 1997 after spending several years in Architectural design firms crafting my own Design Skills. Entering the Design field in the late 80's and early 90's it provided me with great exposure to the Valley's high end Residential Market concentrating in the Paradise Valley, North Scottsdale, and Carefree areas. It was a time of transition for the Valley with the building boom and many developing styles of Residential Design that were coming on line at the time. Since starting WDD&A in 1997 I have had the opportunity work for many wonderful people and be involved in many interesting design projects, here in the Valley and abroad. My project experience has canvased the Western United States and Western Canada. I look at every project as an opportunity to carefully transform a clients dreams and ideas into reality.
