O/M was founded in San Francisco by Rob Young in 2013. As a Google and Apple alumni with 13 years of previous product design experience, Rob's goal was to create a small and mighty creative firm focused on utilizing his in-house expertise to solve complex design problems with clients... O/M is a digital product design studio in SF and NYC. We work with clients to design and build digital tools of all shapes and sizes... In 2020, the company became fully distributed with employees working across the United States. Additionally, O/M became focused on a refined vision to create, through our work as designers, a world that is accessible and beneficial to everyone.
