RASCAL CLUB - Key Persons
Budding bilingual Alison Gardner studied and worked in Spain for a year and graduated from Lancaster University with a BA in Spanish.
Alison joined the Rascal Club to help deliver international press coverage for the club's clients. She became interested in PR after being part of the publicity team at university.
Alison is a self-confessed Disney fanatic and she knows all the songs in English and Spanish. She also likes to travel, cook and sing, sometimes all at once.
After almost a decade in sales, working for market leading businesses such as EE and Yell.com, Anna changed career direction and joined Stone Junction as our business administrator.
Her move into PR ties in well with her degree in Media & Communication Studies, earned many years ago!
Outside work, Anna is a professional singer and recently won the Best Newcomer gong at the UK Bhangra Awards.
A former science teacher and SAS programmer, before joining Stone Junction, Carla worked for a global pharmaceutical company, analysing clinical trial data of medical breakthroughs, gaining valuable experience in science and technology.
Carla graduated with first class honours in Biological Sciences from Keele University.
Her STEM background helps Carla create engaging content for campaigns dealing with advanced products and materials.
Carla has a twin brother and is half-Portuguese. She visits Portugal regularly to eat custard tarts.
Carla joined Stone Junction in 2017, after spending nine years in creative marketing and design.
Carla has a degree in visual communications, specialising in illustration. During her career, she has applied her skills across a multitude of sectors, including manufacturing and engineering.
When Carla is not looking for Vikings and the Aurora Borealis in Scandinavia, you can usually find her rocking out at a live music venue or festival or lost in a crystal shop.
Chelsea is a STEM graduate with a master's in Biological Sciences from the University of Birmingham, specialising in health and disease.
During her time at university, she enjoyed improving her communication and writing skills, which she is keen to combine with her scientific understanding, following her move to PR.

A former journalist, Chris moved to the dark-side of PR in 2008. During his career he has worked across a wealth of sectors, including professional services, leisure and tourism, healthcare, arts and culture, and engineering.
Chris is a keen supporter of SMEs, having delivered training and workshops on behalf of Google, Birmingham City Council and Enterprise Nation. He has even been to 10 Downing Street to discuss Government support for small businesses.
When he's not at work, Chris is editor of culture guide Polaroids and Polar Bears.
Ellie is a Biomedical Science graduate from the University of Sheffield with a year's experience in pharmaceutical R&D.
As an account executive in the Stone Junction Academy, she applies her knowledge of science, her creativity, and the writing skills she developed at university.
Outside work, Ellie spends a lot of time baking and giving out unhealthy treats. If not in the kitchen, she can be found drawing or with coloured pencils and an adult colouring book.
Kirsty is our other resident journalist, having worked at Security Media Publishing as deputy editor before joining Stone Junction.
As well as bringing editorial inside knowledge to the team, she understands the pressures on in-house marketing teams after spending five years on that side of the fence in Saudi Arabia and Dubai for companies operating in logistics, medical, education and construction.
A self-professed crazy cat lady, Kirsty can usually be found watching re-runs of Firefly with a cat or two in her lap.
Jennifer studied Modern Languages at Lancaster University and spent a year living and studying in France and Germany.
Her move towards PR with the Rascal Club was inspired by a desire to use her language skills to help brands develop in international markets.
When she's not speaking French or German, Jennifer can often be found dipping carrots into humus or if it's a Sunday afternoon watching Formula 1 races.
As well as being a media relations and copywriting expert, Jess specialises in social media and is often using her own accounts to document the adventures of her French bulldog Rocky.

Laura joined the world of work in 2012 and spent several years in print media and marketing before making the move into public relations in June 2015.
During her PR career, Laura has worked on several award winning campaigns and increased the amount of press coverage on one of her accounts by 96 percent - in just twelve months.
When she's not generating media coverage, Laura can be found relaxing with friends in her local, watching the world go by.
Leah studied Natural Sciences at the University of Birmingham, specialising in microbiology and infectious disease.
Leah has always been interested in science, but as a lover of writing she was keen to put her skills to and passion to use through PR.

Rascal Club is managed by Richard Stone, a chartered member of the CIPR whose previous experience includes campaigns for Arup, AIT Plc, CIENA, Parker Hannifin, Schneider Electric, SIG, SKF, Roche and WorldCom.
Seventeen years in technical and technology PR has taught him that he is only just starting out.
He is a very slightly geeky father of two who lives in Stafford with his long suffering wife, aforementioned children, dog and cat.
Before joining Rascal Club, Sara worked for the Royal Armed Forces creating both local and national media campaigns for the Mercian Regiment. As well as working in-house, she also brings experience from two leading Midlands agencies.
Thomas is a new music lover, media fanatic and registered technophile. But his true love, above all else, is koalas.

Zafar, a chartered member of the CIPR and is one of the company's key team leaders. He is also the agency's resident photographer, taking all our club's snaps and our clients too.
With a BSc in information technology and an MBA in international business, Zafar is a sponge when it comes to learning new things. He takes any opportunity to talk tech and the latest trends with those around him, whether they speak English, Urdu or Punjabi.
