Abi started her career in Operations/Admin 4 years ago and since then has gained valuable knowledge and experience in multiple sectors.
She has completed a Level 2 and 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship whilst in work placements and is passionate about giving people the best chance to learn and develop new skills in the workplace.
She is well organised and always looking to improve new processes and systems to ensure InfraView are in top condition for success.
She believes in bringing a strong team together through a driven work ethic as well as outside of work celebrating our successes.
In her free time she loves to take her two dogs out exploring new parks and pubs around Richmond and Kingston.
She's very family orientated so the rest of her free time is spent visiting family or organising the next best bottomless brunch or restaurant to visit with friends.
Jamie started his career in recruitment 4 years ago and has joined InfraView to build something special.
He was introduced to our founder through a member of the local gym. The timing was not right but they stayed in touch and a year later Jamie accepted an offer from InfraView, without hesitation.
He is keen to become more knowledgeable on the Cloud & IT Infrastructure industry and progress and grow with the company.
In his spare time, he enjoys training cross fit, playing tennis and spending time with friends and family.

Roberto joined InfraView after completing his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Economics.
He had no previous experience within recruitment but has the desire and qualities needed to be a success at InfraView.
He is constantly expanding his understanding of Cloud & IT Infrastructure Recruitment and becoming the best version of himself. He knew InfraView was the right company for him once he came across the company's values and recognised how closely they align with his own.
Roberto is excited to be "positively disruptive" and "make things happen".
In his spare time, he enjoys keeping active in the gym and competing in multiple sports including football, rugby and squash.

As well as running and expanding Infraview, Tim is a keen sportsman setting himself always challenging goals to keep himself fit both physically and mentally. A wife and two growing sons ensure he is constantly extending his range of interests, his motivation comes from his ability to examine the situation in a spirit of quiet reflection enabling him to see the next move with clarity, opening particular strengths to act accordingly.

Tim Davey is highly regarded in the IT Solutions Provider and Recruitment sectors for his specialist market knowledge and unrivalled ability to add value to the journeys of our Candidates and Clients.
In 2016 Tim, alongside the highly respected recruitment leader Tim Cazemage, founded InfraView to dedicate his drive and passion for recruitment to businesses searching for the top IT Infrastructure & Cloud professionals in the UK market.
He began his career selling IT Hardware, Software and Services for businesses now operating as Avnet, Capita and CDW and has brought this passion for technological innovation into InfraView. Tim drives the operational side of InfraView, employing the latest recruitment technologies and methodologies to continuously improve our service and so better cater to our candidates and clients.
As well as an innovator, Tim shares his vast wealth of recruitment and technical knowledge with employees at all levels of the business. Hands on mentoring with Tim means accessing over 20 years' of industry know-how, from working closely with clients to exceeding the expectations of our candidates.
Tim's professional network is a "who's who" of the top talent in the market, and his ability to save clients time and money by understanding requirements and delivering on their targets is second to none.
Tim's passions outside of work are his family, partner to Mandy and father to Katie & Rosie (#outnumbered!). Running, cycling, golf, skiing and rugby (has the scars to prove it), 90's dance music (or anything with a good bassline) and trips to Ibiza and beyond!
